Basic Tools for Successful Selling
This is an introductory course that focuses upon the interpersonal interactions between buyers and sellers to initiate, develop and enhance customer relationships. Successful sales methods are provided as tools for participants that are new to business development or looking to refresh basic sales skills. The interactive course content includes identifying and understanding customers, effective communications skills, scripting, handling objections and managing the sales process.
