SBA 504 Loan Officer
Jeff Breunig , CDR’s Loan Officer, is responsible for Loan Underwriting, closing and monitoring business loans and Portfolio Management. Jeff has more than 30 years banking experience in Lincoln, NE.
Jeff spent 22 years with Cornhusker Bank, 18 of which were spent as Manager of the 27th Street branch. Jeff was responsible for the day-to-day operations including all lending functions, customer develpment, branch operations and staffing. Jeff was very active with regard to small business lending to local businesses, as well as involvement in the total re-development of the North 27th Street business corridor which included new commercial construction, landscaping and street improvements. In 2005, Jeff was recognized by the SBA for his commitment to small business lending. Jeff has worked at Pinnacle Bank & Hastings Bank where his sole responsibility was focused around commercial lending.
A graduate of Nebraska Wesleyan University, Jeff has also successfully completed studies at the National Installment Lending School in Norman, Oklahoma, The Colorado Graduate School of Banking in Boulder, Colorado and numerous American Institute of Banking (AIB) classes. Contact Jeff
Loan Processing Assistant
Dorris Miller, the Loan Processing Assistant, is responsible for many of the operational needs including Information and Data Management, record keeping, and reporting.
Dorris worked for TierOne Bank for 15 years, and finished her career with them as their Consumer Loan Operations Manager. She was responsible for the departmental administration of software, implementing Policies and Procedures in Consumer Lending, branch support for all aspects of Consumer Lending; assisting with the creation of training materials; and special projects. During the transition to Great Western Bank, she provided support for branches and customers; underwriting of Consumer Loan applications; and prepared loan analysis write-ups for the FDIC.
Her educational background includes undergraduate work at Midland Lutheran College and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln; and numerous classes/seminars on Lending and Compliance. She has an A.A. degree from Southeast Community College in Business Administration – Accounting. Contact Dorris
Nebraska New Markets Resources
Mark Koller, is the Program Manager for Nebraska New Markets Resources, LLC, the captive, for-profit subsidiary of CDR formed with the intent to receive any allocation of NMTCs that CDR will be awarded. Mark will be responsible for program administration, investment and loan fund development, management, staff development, committee administration, and compliance.
Mark began his career as a Bank Examiner with the U. S. Treasury, Comptroller of the Currency, Cincinnati Field Office, achieving the rank of Commissioned National Bank Examiner. After 13 years. Mark entered the private sector as Vice President of Loan Administration for a large commercial bank in Kentucky and was a key member of the team that created the first statewide banking organization. Next joined a team of commercial bankers that merged a smaller local organization into the then largest local independent commercial bank, creating a $2 billion consolidated operation. In 1993, Mark’s career turned toward operating an independent consulting firm focusing on small businesses, strategic and business planning, value analysis and brokering commercial loans. He also became involved in growing a local non-profit economic development entity that focused on small business ownership, home ownership and job creation through business expansion. In 1998, Mark and his wife Becky relocated to Lincoln, NE where Mark re-entered the commercial banking arena as the Lincoln Market Manager for the largest commercial bank in the state.
He joined Community Development Resources as the first Board Chair serving from 2001 to 2005. He began his Lincoln consulting firm, HRConnex, in 2005 and has focused on human resource and general business consulting.

Dorris Miller is responsible for public outreach, administering funds and reviewing loan applications to the AILF.
